You a people-focused professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions. As the Talent Resource Partner you will be part of a dedicated team working with your local stakeholders and be their guide acting as the subject matter expert. You will build robust and valuable relationships to ensure the contingent recruitment processes runs smoothly. If you have a passion for contingent workforce management, enjoy working with key stakeholders, and excel in building strong partnerships, this is the perfect role for you

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


• Partner with hiring managers & suppliers – Be the key link between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and recruitment success.


• Deliver an exceptional candidate & supplier experience – Provide a consultative and high-touch service that enhances recruitment outcomes.


• Ensure compliance & service excellence – Maintain quality standards and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).


• Work collaboratively with on-boarding team administrators – Support seamless candidate integration into the business.


• Continuously improve processes – Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and recruitment strategy.

NICE TO HAVE:


• Experience in recruitment or talent management – Background in agency or internal recruitment is highly desirable but not mandatory.


• Knowledge of VMS, MSP, or HR systems (SAP Fieldglass experience is a plus).
