The Role:

  • Permanent staff role.
  • Pivotal role in the production cycle.
  • Lead daily geological activities including mapping, grade control, ore extraction and reconciliation.
  • Manage and mentor your team of Geologists and Technicians.
  • Take ownership of processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional remuneration package including $25k pa site allowance and 15% annual bonus

The Candidate:

  • An exceptional Geologist looking to take career to next level.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience including at least 2 years in senior leadership.
  • A self-motivated, confident and independent professional.
  • Ability to lead and inspire production team.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
