Mine Geologists and Pit Technicians

We would like to hear from mining personnel that are looking for employment opportunities. We pride ourselves on being industry experienced consultants – We understand the condition's and skills required out there in the industry. We have extensive experience helping mining personnel with advice and finding the right role in the industry.

Our HR consultants have many years' experience in the mining industry and an excellent understanding of the dynamics of the industry.

Mine Geologists should have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Geology
  • Experience with mining software (e.g. Vulcan, Surpac, Minesight) and geostatistics, including running mine geology models;
  • 2-5 years' experience in an open pit mining environment

Pit Technicians should have recent experience with:

  • Ore mark-ups and ROM checks
  • Ore spotting and managing ore movement
  • Grade control drilling supervision and sampling
  • QAQC of sampling.

Minimum requirement for Geologists and Technicians will be

  • Current Manual Driver's Licence
  • Able to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol tests
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
