We are seeking a hands-on and motivated motel management couple to manage our 40-room motel located in Moama, NSW (border town to Echuca, Vic)

On-site accommodation will be provided as part of the package.

Please note this is a 7-day work week.

Duties & tasks

  • Reception and Front of House,
  • Management of staff and roster
  • General housekeeping & supervision
  • Property maintenance and ground upkeeping
  • Room service breakfast
  • Stock ordering
  • No book keeping, but assortment of reports required
  • Ensure work place safety is in place
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide good customer service
  • Day Spa supervision

Skills & Requirements

  • Hands-on and hard working.
  • Excellent customer service skills and manners.
  • Following company procedures.
  • Competent computer and MS office skills.
  • Guestpoint / PMS software skill is a bonus.
  • Flexibility in work hours during the daily operations.
  • Handyman skill.
  • Meeting target and expenses budget.
  • Business management experience is required. Motel management experience is a bonus.
  • Own valid A.B.N number is required for the contract..
  • An up-to-date police check is required
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) would be required

We will provide full training and on-going support during the contract period. Experience is a bonus, willing to learn and hardworking is a must.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
