This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with all relevant regulations. We are based in Inverell, NSW 2360.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, coordinating events, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Providing leadership and support to the club's team of hospitality professionals
  • Fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment
  • Mentor and motivate the team, offering guidance, feedback, and training as needed
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during their visit

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must have RSA & RCG
  • Available to work a flexible fair rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, seven days a week.
