Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the motel, ensuring that all areas are running efficiently, and customers receive high-quality service.
  • Monitor and manage room bookings, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, using booking systems to maximize occupancy.
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained according to established quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the motel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with motel policies, including operational guidelines, guest service standards, and legal requirements.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in managing a hotel, motel, or a B&B.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated leadership, staff supervision, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organisation skills..
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Remuneration: $77,000 - $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
