We're searching for a Reservations Superstar to join our vibrant team and help guests start their unforgettable adventures from the moment they book. You'll be the friendly face behind the scenes, making every reservation as thrilling as a theme park ride.

What You'll Be Up To:

  • Master of Reservations: Keep our reservations inbox in shipshape and smoothly handle bookings from third-party agents, with an eye for detail and a heart for service.
  • Create Personalized Magic: You'll work directly with our guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests to make their stay unique and unforgettable.
  • Group & VIP Coordinator: Work with tour operators and conference delegates, ensuring group bookings are as fun and easy as a water slide ride
  • Smooth Check-In Support: Partner with our Front Office Team to make sure every check-in and check-out is seamless. Think of yourself as the first wave of excitement in our guests' stay
  • Travel Agent Hero: Be the go-to contact for travel agents and handle last-minute booking requests like a pro.
  • "At Your Service" Switchboard Star: Be the friendly first point of contact for incoming calls, actioning requests for our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams with speed and accuracy. You'll handle enquiries, direct calls, take Room Service orders and complete essential admin tasks—keeping communication flowing as smoothly as a lazy river.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in Front Office Reception or Reservations – you know the ropes and are ready to dive in
  • A talent for maximizing room revenue – if you're a superstar at filling rooms, we want to meet you
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and TravelClick is a bonus – if you've got it, flaunt it
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and school breaks – where the magic never takes a day off
