Viva Leisure parent company to Club Lime one of Australia's leading fitness companies are looking for new Swim Instructors to join our CISAC and ANU Teams.

Join our dynamic Swim School team as a Swim Instructor and help make a difference in the water In this role, you'll lead fun, safe, and engaging Learn to Swim classes for members of all ages and abilities. Our Swim School is a vital part of our operations, and its success is built on a passionate team of skilled, certified, and professional instructors who inspire confidence and enjoyment in every lesson.

The people we're looking for are passionate members of the local community who take pride in providing a valuable service to local children and families. As part of our swim team, we're looking for:

Qualifications & Certifications

• AUSTSWIM Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety – Current and valid certification required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – Current and valid certification required.
• Valid Working with Vulnerable People Check is required.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or aquatic environment.
• Sound knowledge of Learn to Swim principles, techniques, and instructional methodologies.
• Ability to read, understand, apply, and effectively communicate safety procedures to students and parents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and responsibly in environments where supervision may be limited.

• Deliver fun, engaging, and high-quality Learn to Swim lessons in line with program standards and safety guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and members to support learning progress and program retention.
• Maintain accurate student records and report progress to ensure clear communication and consistency across the Swim School.
• Ensure a safe and supportive teaching environment by following all safety procedures and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
• Represent Viva Leisure with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm while promoting our programs and values.
• Maintain current certifications and actively participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Support the overall success of the Swim School through teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service
