Accountabilities

  • Lead, drive and orchestrate all program activities and deliverables to meet the demands and expectations of the department.
  • Determine, monitor and review program scope, costs, and schedule, programme resources, interdependencies and programme risk.
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Recognised industry leading knowledge of, and demonstrated experience within a large ICT environment, of ICT program delivery practice, leading to successful ICT improvement or transformation creating significant realised business value.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in project and program delivery methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Exceptional organisational change, strategy and planning skills in delivering continuous service and product improvement, utilising demonstrated ICT strategy, leadership and management skills.
