Your role

As a Technical Product Owner, you'll be the driving force that supports business vision with technical execution. You'll ensure our products and platform are not only innovative but also scalable, robust, and high performing. Working with passionate cross-functional teams, you'll help deliver solutions that delight customers and fuel business growth.
This is more than just a product role, it's a chance to grow your influence across technology at IAG, develop your skills, and make a real impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
This is permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to our IAG offices in Gadigal Country (Sydney) & Naarm (Melbourne).
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally meet the below criteria:
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to effectively engage, influence, and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
