Where do you want to go?

As the Multichannel Marketing & Digital Projects Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing our Integrated Multichannel Marketing (IMCM) programs, aligned with our global and regional customer experience strategies. You will serve as the key contact for all IMCM initiatives, empowering product teams to enhance their digital marketing capabilities and drive customer-centric campaigns.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role in the pharmaceutical team

• Channel Optimisation: Support product teams in developing impactful, efficient multichannel campaigns that resonate with our customers.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the charge in establishing new digital offerings and processes across Pharma ANZ, ensuring optimal usage of our multichannel marketing platforms.
• Customer Journey Management: Own the customer experience by identifying gaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Event Journey Management: Design and manage customer journeys around key events, providing analytical support and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies, ensuring compliance and consistency across all touchpoints

Does this sound like you?

• A university degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in multichannel marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven hands-on experience with SF Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault platforms.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights to drive change and optimize campaigns.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your colleagues.
