We're looking for a driven, creative, and self-motivated Content & Growth Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and sales psychology — and love the idea of working from anywhere with full flexibility — this is your opportunity.

Role Overview
You'll be responsible for supporting our marketing and sales growth through strategic content creation, social media execution, and lead generation activities. Your focus will be on increasing brand visibility, nurturing leads, and helping convert followers into loyal clients.

Position Details

  • Hours: 3–9 hours per week (flexible, based on capacity and output)
  • Type: Remote, contractor/freelancer
  • Compensation: Hourly + performance-based bonuses
  • Long-term growth opportunities within the business

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn
  • Assist with email marketing, launches, and sales campaigns
  • Be confident in running ads using Meta advertising B2C in the fitness coaching space
  • Research and implement growth strategies (hashtags, trends, content hooks, etc.)
  • Support community management and lead nurturing in DMs
  • Repurpose content into short-form video ideas, carousels, and email copy
  • Track analytics and suggest improvements based on performance

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience in content creation, marketing, or digital sales
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Understand online coaching, personal branding, or fitness/entrepreneurship niches
  • Write engaging, high-converting copy with personality
  • Must have previous experience already
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working with creators, coaches, or influencers
  • Have graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Are familiar with tools like Instagram Insights, Meta ads or ManyChat
