About your role:
Work closely with other Nurse Educators and Nurse Unit Managers to clinically and educationally support nursing staff withing the various clinical areas in all areas of the CHHHS.
Supports the professional development of nursing and midwifery staff, including Clinical Facilitators, novice/less experienced nursing staff, post-graduate, and undergraduate nursing students and AINs, working within Neonatal Services across CHHHS.
Provide effective and efficient delivery of designated Education/Research/Training events in collaboration with the nursing Director - Education/Research, Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Team Leaders to meet education/research requirements and facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care within the general and specialist portfolio areas.
