About your role:

A requirement will be;

Provide effective communication, consultation and negotiation throughout the service to ensure the involvement of stakeholders.

Demonstrates sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory and participates directly or indirectly in the delivery of clinical care to individual/groups.

Effectively manage self and in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Educators and other Nurse Unit Managers/Clinical Nurse Consultants, develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities.

Lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective services.
