About your opportunity:
In this position you will;
Provide expertise on nursing/midwifery professional issues in relation to remote health services and collaborate with others in the provision of policy advice issues relating to professional and clinical practice, education and research.
Ensure delivery of compassionate, quality care, and nursing and midwifery supervision to ensure key performance indicators are met and are in line with policy and legislative requirement.
Promote customer service and hospitality and respond to and adequately resolve complains or concerns from patients or families about nursing and midwifery services and facility issues.
Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing, midwifery, operational and administration staff, and monitor staff practices and implementation.
