We're growing our PBS team CareCo Services is seeking Proficient, Advanced or Specialist PBS Practitioners to deliver evidence-based supports and lead change across Adelaide & regional clients.

What You'll Do


• Deliver Functional Behaviour Assessments and Behaviour Support Plans (interim & comprehensive).


• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to support teams and families.


• Support safe implementation of restrictive practices in line with NDIS Commission requirements.


• Maintain high-quality reports, case notes, and compliance documentation.


• Balance direct client support with professional collaboration and advocacy.

About You


• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Developmental Education, Counselling, Speech Pathology or similar.


• Current NDIS PBS Practitioner Registration at Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level.


• Demonstrated experience in behaviour planning, reporting, and staff coaching.


• Strong IT and report-writing skills.


• Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, DHS WWCC, and NPC.
