What You'll Be Doing
As the Regulatory Analyst, you will interrogate data to determine Employer non-compliance and provide recommendations for action plans. You will oversee the full lifecycle of Employer Audits and Insolvency processes, ensuring compliance issues are addressed and developing action plans to support the Creditor process.

You Will

  • Engage and communicate directly with Employers, Auditors and Accountants to deliver on the annual schedule for Employer Audits
  • Manage the collection of Audit reports across the calendar and financial years: track, document, and store Audit reports
  • Review Audit reports to determine if non-compliance or further action is required
  • Develop action plans and engage with appropriate (internal) stakeholders to support resolution of Employer non-compliance
  • Manage the program of non-compliance resolution (track, update, report)
  • Engage and communicate directly with Employers, Administrators and Liquidators in relation to the insolvency and Creditor process
  • Develop action plans to manage the Insolvency and Creditor process
  • Manage the program of Employer Insolvency through to resolution or close (track, update, report)
  • Preparation and management of all documentation relating to the Creditor process (Proof of Debt, Legal Documents, Creditors Reports etc.).

*This role is internally known as Regulatory Management Analyst. The title has been changed for advertising purposes only.

This is a permanent role based in Newcastle.

To be successful in the role, of Regulatory Analyst, you will have expertise in interpreting and applying legislation, processes and procedures, within a highly regulated environment. You will be an effective communicator who builds trusted relationships and champions process improvements through critical thinking and a growth mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel

Bachelor's degree or professional certifications (highly desirable).
