Teams are structured properly with clear lines, plenty of support, and opportunity for development Experience with D&C, ECI, or Cost Plus contracts will serve you well here.

Your New Role

This company is looking for an intermediate Contracts Administrator to join a well-supported project team. You'll handle procurement, scopes, variations, progress claims, subcontractor coordination, cost tracking, and broader commercial support from award through delivery. They are looking for someone they can provide a pathway with towards Project Management within a few years.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a CA on commercial, refurb, or remedial projects
  • Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, financials, and stakeholder management
  • Exposure to D&C, ECI, or Cost Plus will be highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and the ability to work closely with PMs and site teams
  • Ambition to develop into a PM role
