Underdale Drillers oz is a 5th generation South Australian Family based drilling company. Our geotechnical drilling section of the business is growing and there is a new position available in the Administration team for a 'Team Assistant'.

Position Summary

The role is integral to ensure smooth operations within the team environment.

Involves administrative and organisational support to team members.

A backbone for the team, to assist with workflow and project running in an efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members

  • Assisting with emails and phone calls and be the first point of contact for delivery personnel and visitors

  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for crews

  • Maintaining and organising filing systems
  • Various other administrative support
  • Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required

This position operates during standard business hours.

  • Ability to learn quickly and have initiative within a fast paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and flexibility and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good knowledge of office software, i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office required
