The REDARC Group are looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our team in permanent entry level manufacturing positions, based in Lonsdale.

Day Shifts: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or Afternoon Shifts: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

As an Electronic Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

  • Making components and assemble products in accordance with work instructions and factory orders.
  • Involvement in all areas of production from PCB Loading through to Final testing.
  • Assisting with material selection and handling.
  • Conducting in-process inspections as instructed by work instructions.
  • Record times on shop floor computer system and inspection results on factory orders.
  • Report non conformances to supervisor.
  • Operating high volume machines in our state-of the-art clean room.
  • Observe and pursue safe working practices.
  • Participating in continuous improvement groups and suggest process improvements.
