We are hiring Pega Senior Architect (CSSA/CLSA) for an MNC

Location : Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Pega Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Pega solutions.
  • Define technical standards, reusable components, and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into Pega solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor developers and CSSAs in the team.
  • Support performance tuning, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • More than 8 years experience in Pega PRPC (v8.x or above).
  • Certified CSSA (Pega Certified Senior System Architect) or higher (CLSA preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, integrations, and decisioning.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, rules design, and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
