We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Brisbane team as a Junior Internal Sales and Warehouse Coordinator.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales and Warehouse Coordinator at Teksal Safety, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations between our sales team, warehouse and customers. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the desire to learn and the ability to thrive in a close knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotations.

  • Assist with processing sales orders and inquiries from both internal and external customers.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overages.

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.

  • Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Completed high school Year 12 (WACE or equivalent) ; additional education or training in sales or logistics is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a sales or warehouse environment preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform tasks such as pricing, data entry and inventory management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
