Positions Available: Certificate III Trainee or Certificate III or Diploma-Qualified Educators

We are currently seeking passionate and committed educators with a Certificate III, Diploma qualification, or those wishing to commence a Certificate III Traineeship in Early Childhood Education. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure an immediate full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the Montessori philosophy and National Quality Framework
  • Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Observe, document, and support each child's individual learning journey
  • Ensure compliance with relevant childcare regulations and standards
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to complete a Certificate III Traineeship
  • Experience in a similar childcare role (preferred, but not essential for trainees)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
