Customer Service & Administrative Partner (Full-Time)

Location: Punchbowl, NSW

Hours: Approx. 38 hours per week — family-friendly flexible scheduling available


The Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Customer Service & Administrative Partner to join our growing team at Brilliant Minds Australia. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play an important role in helping schools, families, and organisations with orders, product information, and support — ensuring every experience is positive and professional.

You'll work closely with our Customer Service Manager and small supportive team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently every day.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and account queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide friendly and informed product advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

About You
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or retail (education or stationery experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident with computers, email, and basic order management systems.
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
  • Reliable, organised, and takes pride in quality work.
