Montessori Punchbowl is currently seeking a Certificate III or Diploma qualified educator to step into a Room Leader position within our dedicated and supportive team. This is a full-time role in a nurturing environment where your leadership and professional growth will be supported and valued.

It’s an exciting opportunity to bring your skills into practice and contribute to a centre committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (as approved by ACECQA), or currently working towards a Certificate III qualification
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Room Leader or in a similar leadership role
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and support other educators within the room
- A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development
- A current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Montessori experience is not required - full training will be provided

Pay: $26.31 - $41.38 per hour
