Join our growing team at Bricks Accountants, a dynamic and client-focused accounting firm. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Accountant to support our expanding portfolio of clients across various industries.

  • Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
  • Handle payroll processing and superannuation obligations
  • Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
  • Support with year-end and compliance tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Australian public practice (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
  • Strong understanding of GST, payroll, and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • CPA/CA qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage
