About Us:

We are a fast-growing online fashion company established in 2017, based in Sydney and Melbourne. Our mission is to provide high-quality, comfortable, and stylish garments with unique prints designed by our talented in-house team. We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.

  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous apparel retail industry experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
