Part-Time Retail Associate – ZACMENS

Location: Coburg, VIC

Type: Part-Time

ZACMEN'S is an Australian menswear label specialising in custom suiting and made-to-measure tailoring. We're seeking an experienced and polished Retail Associate to join our Coburg showroom team.

This role is perfect for someone who values craftsmanship, precision, and the art of dressing well. You'll play a key part in providing an exceptional, personalised experience for every client — from initial consultation through to final fitting.

About the Role

As our Retail Associate, you'll assist clients throughout their suiting journey — offering styling advice, helping with measurements, and coordinating orders. You'll also support the day-to-day operations of the showroom, maintaining presentation standards and ensuring each client's experience reflects the brand's commitment to quality and service. Training will be provided so a willingness to learn is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with fittings, styling, and fabric selections
  • Support the made-to-measure process, including taking measurements and coordinating with the tailoring team
  • Manage appointments, client records, and follow-ups
  • Maintain showroom presentation and ensure garments are prepared for fittings or collection
  • Assist with stock management and incoming orders
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to an elevated, professional in-store atmosphere

About You

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in retail, suiting, or premium fashion
  • Confident, well-presented, and service-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a genuine interest in men's style and tailoring
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Availability to work across weekdays and weekends as required
