We're opening our newest boutique on Armadale's High Street this November and are seeking an experienced, passionate Retail Associate to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes fashion — someone who takes pride in creating an elevated in-store experience and can confidently take ownership of the day-to-day running of the boutique.

About the Role

As our Retail Associate, you'll be the face of the brand — welcoming clients, styling customers, and ensuring the store is beautifully presented at all times. You'll work closely with our Head Office and retail team to maintain high standards of client service, product presentation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience, offering styling advice and personalised service
  • Open and close the store, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth running throughout the day
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines
  • Manage stock — including receiving, steaming, organising, and assisting with replenishment
  • Process sales and handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to clienteling initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with the head office team regarding feedback, inventory needs, and operational updates
  • Assist with in-store events, launches, and activations as required

About You

  • Retail experience in fashion, luxury, or boutique environments
  • Warm, confident, and highly professional communication style
  • A natural eye for presentation and detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated — able to work autonomously and take ownership of the store
  • Strong styling ability and understanding of contemporary fashion
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and key trading periodsExperience working with Shopify/POS is advantageous
