Maintenance Estimator & Project Manager - Melbourne

Due to continued growth, Keece is looking for a driven Maintenance Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This dual role combines sharp estimating skills with hands-on project management to deliver high-quality maintenance projects across our expanding portfolio.

About The Role

As our Estimator and Project Manager, you'll be at the core of Keece Maintenance. You'll scope works, price jobs, and drive projects from quote to completion. You'll coordinate labour and materials, keep everything safe and compliant, and act as the go-to for clients and suppliers. No two days will look the same: one day you'll be turning around a competitive quote, the next guiding a complex project through to handover, always delivering results that keep our customers coming back.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Licensed electrician with +2 years experience in estimating and project management, preferably within the commercial / maintenance space.
  • Strong technical knowledge to develop compliant scopes and pricing.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator who builds trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
