Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, one underground mine, and two open pit mines. This is an exciting time to join the company as we pave the way for future growth.

About the role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable All-Rounder to join us at Barto Gold Mine. This hands-on role supports multiple departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, and general grounds work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties across site facilities and accommodation areas
  • Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation, serving, and dishwashing
  • Carry out general grounds and maintenance tasks as required
  • Support different teams to ensure smooth daily operations

About You:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in mine site or camp services highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
  • Forklift Licence (FL) beneficial
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
