ALL-ROUNDER & DUMP TRUCK OPERATORS | GOLD PRODUCTION | FIFO 2:1 ROSTER

Tecside is currently recruiting experienced All-Rounder and Dump Truck Operators for various small, high-performing gold mine sites in the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and the potential for permanent employment.

Pay Rates

All-Round Operators - $60-$65/hr

Dump Truck Operators - $50-$55/hr

12-13 hour days on site

Roster & Details

  • FIFO from Perth
  • 2:1 Roster - 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
  • Small, close-knit team with great site culture and camp facilities
  • Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' gold production mining experience
  • All-Rounders: Skilled on multiple machines including Excavators (PC1250/Hitachi 1200), Dozers (D10), Loaders (CAT Wheel Loader), and Dump Trucks (CAT 777/Komatsu 785)
  • Dump Truck Operators: Proven experience on CAT 777 and Komatsu 785 in production environments
  • Ability to meet production targets safely and efficiently

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + LABDAS
  • Demonstrated experience in a production mining environment
