Bartender/FOH

Our venue is on the hunt for experienced Full-time and Part time Bartender/Server to join our team at 'Babines' in Collingwood.

We are a modern bar taking inspiration from French drinking and culinary culture with a contemporary Australian spin.

What You'll Do:

• Bartending: Prepare and serve cocktails, craft beers as well as a range of wines & spirits to our guests, ensuring every drink is of the highest quality.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers, create a welcoming environment, and provide top-tier service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Serving: Take food and drink orders, deliver food and beverages to tables, and ensure our guests are happy throughout their experience.
• Small Team, Big Opportunities: Learn some of the best technique in cocktail making, take your hospitality and service skills to the next level, cross train in the kitchen and expand your knowledge of wines, beers, spirits to the highest standard in the industry.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous bartending or serving experience is essential. A minimum of 2 year of experience is preferred.
• Passion for the Industry: A genuine interest in learning about craft cocktails, the bar scene, and providing exceptional service.
• High Standards: You care about providing top-tier service and quality.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team and pitch in wherever needed.
• Positive Attitude: Good energy, friendly, approachable, and eager to engage with guests, ensuring a great experience every time.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
