The Coppersmith Hotel, a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of South Melbourne, is looking for a skilled and professional Front of House Bartender / Waitress to join our team.

The Coppersmith Hotel blends the warmth of a local pub with the polish of a boutique dining destination. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, quality drinks, and a dining experience that keeps guests coming back.

The Role

As part of our Front of House team, you will:

  • Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Mix and serve drinks to a high standard, with strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
  • Take food orders, deliver meals, and ensure seamless table service
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional bar and dining floor
  • Work collaboratively with FOH and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (bartending and/or waitressing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • High attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Current RSA certification (required)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
