Nightclub FOH Jobs — Bartenders, Barbacks & Booth Hosts (Bottle Service) | Melbourne CBD | Fri–Sat 10pm–4am

Now hiring front-of-house to launch a brand-new nightclub in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We've got a freshly renovated space with LED panels, premium booths, top-tier DJ bookings and strong brand partnerships—now we just need you.

We're building a high-energy, supportive team for Friday & Saturday nights, 10:00pm–4:00am. If you thrive in fast service and love creating great guest experiences, read on.

Roles available

  • Bartenders / Cocktail Bartenders – fast, accurate, guest-focused operators who can handle intense, high-volume service.
  • Barbacks – perfect entry into bartending; learn speed, stock, glass, and prep with clear pathways to the bar.
  • Booth Hosts (Bottle Service) – look after our VIP booths, deliver bottle service, upsell and maintain exceptional vibes.

What you'll do

  • Deliver quick, consistent service in a high-volume nightclub environment.
  • Provide premium customer service to general and VIP guests.
  • Maintain clean, safe, compliant workstations (RSA standards, hygiene, stock rotation).
  • Work as one team—support, communicate, execute.

What you bring

  • Previous nightclub/bar or bottle-service experience (barback experience also welcome).
  • Fast, accurate, calm under pressure; attention to detail and cash/POS competence.
  • A valid VIC RSA (or ability to obtain before start).
  • Availability Friday & Saturday 10pm–4am; reliability is non-negotiable.
  • Professional presentation, positive attitude, and team-first mindset.
