Are you a proven sales professional with a technical edge? CT LAB is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in Australia's fast-evolving energy and industrial sectors.

As part of our regional expansion, you'll lead customer engagement and sales of our innovative Grid OS monitoring platform, PQ metering solutions, and analytics tools – helping industrial and utility clients optimise power quality, reduce downtime, and comply with grid standards.

You'll work closely with the Sales Director (based in Melbourne) and collaborate globally with our product and engineering teams.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead sales engagement across utilities, consultants, EPCs and large industrials
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and solution design to commercial close
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals for high-value technical solutions
  • Understand customer pain points and position CT LAB products as best-fit solutions
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM discipline
  • Attend key industry events, expos, and customer site meetings
  • Provide input into market strategy and customer feedback loops
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in B2B technical solution sales (energy, electrical, SCADA, PQM, or similar)
  • Strong commercial negotiation and customer relationship skills
  • Background or interest in power quality, PMU/PQM systems, or grid compliance
  • A self-starter attitude able to work remotely, travel, and manage your own schedule
  • Confidence in using digital tools (CRM, online meetings, remote collaboration)
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, business or related field preferred
