The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and strategic Account Manager to join our Facilities Operations team based in our Adelaide Office. In this key client-facing role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring contractual, financial, and operational performance is consistently achieved.

With a focus on delivering outstanding service and driving continuous improvement, you'll work closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities, optimise account performance, and support the delivery of facility maintenance solutions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client contracts, renewals, budgets, and reporting to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for all account matters.
  • Coordinate and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs across sites.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, SLAs, and financial data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver quality service outcomes and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Prepare accurate monthly reports and present insights to both clients and senior leadership.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and sustainability.

About You

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Facilities Management or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in contract, budget, and performance management.
  • Strategic, solutions-focused, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and facilities management systems.
