Join Pax8 as a Business Development Representative
Are you ready to kickstart your sales career in the fast-paced world of cloud technology? Pax8, the world's favourite cloud marketplace, is looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive our partner growth across APAC.
As a Business Development Representative (aka Cloud Generation Specialist @ Pax8), you'll be a key part of our sales team, contributing to corporate sales goals. You'll participate in a development program to build and master foundational sales skills, offering uncapped earning potential and a clear career path.
This role is based in Brisbane, QLD.
What You'll Do:
- Drive new business by introducing Pax8 Cloud Services to potential partners via calls, emails, and social media.
- Set appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and our Channel Account Managers.
- Secure 15 signed partners per month to our marketplace.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and support our sales funnel with energy and precision.
What You'll Bring:
- A hunger to learn and grow in tech sales – experience in lead generation or sales is a plus, but not essential.
- Confidence making a high volume of outreach calls with a great attitude and resilience.
- Strong communication skills, coachability, and a passion for customer success.
- A collaborative spirit and the drive to thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
