Touring Solutions Australia and ASG 4x4 is a growing, Australian-owned business specialising in vehicle upgrades, GVM solutions, and touring equipment fit-outs. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products, personalised service, and technical excellence to 4WD owners across the country.

The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and professional Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers while supporting day-to-day administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone and email enquiries with a friendly and helpful approach

  • Managing customer bookings and follow-ups

  • Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and job confirmations

  • General office administration and document management

  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar sales/admin/customer service role

  • Confident and clear communicator with a helpful attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team

  • Interest in or understanding of the 4WD or automotive industry (a plus but not essential)
