Are you passionate about people and love helping customers create beautiful spaces in their homes? We're on the lookout for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused team member to join our showroom at Choices Flooring Warwick.

About the Role:

As a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is to guide them through our extensive range of flooring and window furnishing solutions—helping them make confident, informed choices that suit their style and budget.

  • A genuine love for helping people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in guiding customers through the sales journey—from first greeting to final purchase.
  • A keen eye for style, trends, and home interiors is a bonus
  • The ability to learn product knowledge and explain features and benefits clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and provide expert advice on flooring and window furnishings.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.
  • Coordinate with installation teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom environment.
Hours & Availability:
  • Full-time role, including every second Saturday
