Customer Service Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a sales and services consultant.

As a sales and services consultant, you will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service background.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in the local community.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a high level of commitment and availability. You will be based in Toowoomba and work Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice
