The Company:Our client is an award winning, Brisbane based private development company. With a reputation for delivering residential developments of the highest quality and design, they continue to be a market leader in the Queensland residential development sector.

The Position:

Reporting to the General Manager of Development, this position will oversee the full life cycle of a number of high-end townhouse projects, ensuring the highest standards in design and finishes are met. This is a key position within a growing business, therefore, requires significant commercial acumen on top of proven development management qualities.

Experience Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Development management experience within the residential built form sector.
  • Proven experience managing the full life cycle of multiple built form projects.
  • Ability to identify, articulate and manage risk and opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create a market facing development brief/ project business case.
  • Exceptional programme management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Positive attitude with a professional approach to managing and influencing relationships and development outcomes.
  • Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
