About the Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with company and client expectations. Your flexibility and leadership will make you a key asset across our projects.

You will start your journey at our Huntly Bauxite Mine providing leave coverage and then you will move into a permanent role at our Willowdale site.

This role would suit applicants local to the Peel Region in Western Australia, accommodation is not provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support shift teams to achieve daily targets

  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and site compliance

  • Coordinate workers, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational continuity

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges promptly

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

  • Manage records, reports, and shift documentation with accuracy

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in mining, earthworks, forestry, or a similar heavy industrial environment

  • Section 26 - Statutory Supervisors Certification

  • Valid C Class or HR driver's license

  • Ability to hit the ground running at new or changing sites

  • Proven leadership, time management, and communication skills

  • Flexible and proactive work ethic with the ability to travel between sites

  • A proactive mindset and flexible, can-do attitude

  • Comfortable using digital tools like software, APPS, and technological devices

  • Flexibility regarding site locations and work patterns
