Position Available:

Construction Supervisor (Rousehill 2155)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast monthly schedules
  • Submit weekly job updates to the Client Manager
  • Collaborate with team members to address site issues and recommend enhancements
  • Conduct plan reviews with trades prior to commencement of work
  • Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
  • Administer Extra to Orders (ETOs) and generate Purchase Orders before initiating tasks
  • Process invoices from trades and suppliers in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain comprehensive records

Requirements:

  • Experience supervising residential construction sites
  • Knowledge of building standards, OHS, QA systems
  • Trade qualification (carpentry preferred but not required)
  • Strong client service skills
  • Valid NSW Driver's License
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Current First Aid with CPR
  • Police Check
