Supply Partners is a leading Australian-owned national distributor of solar PV, energy storage, inverters, EV charging, racking & mounting, and related technical solutions. We partner with residential and commercial solar installers, contractors, and engineered solutions firms-customers who need more than just product. They rely on us for technical support, design guidance, quality products, and long-term service.
We are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager (BAM) to join our Brisbane team. This pivotal role is about winning new business and growing key installer and contractor relationships by delivering solutions and value in a highly competitive market.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through solution-based, value-driven selling, not just price.
- Manage and expand key installer and contractor accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across Southern Brisbane and regional areas including west to Toowoomba.
- Build strong face-to-face relationships, providing both commercial and technical support.
- Monitor and manage performance against financial targets, budgets, and gross profit objectives, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Deliver on promises and go the extra mile with customer service.
What You Bring
- Proven sales success in solar, renewables, or related technical sectors.
- Strong ability to sell value over price in competitive B2B markets.
- Commercial acumen with confidence in managing budgets, sales pipelines, and GP performance.
- Deep understanding of the solar market, product landscape, and competitor environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, organised, and accountable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
