With exciting menu offerings – which in the past has included our popular collaboration with Chef Junda Khoo (yes, the famous 'flying noodles') – this is your chance to work in a vibrant, friendly team in one of the most breathtaking locations in the country.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing & cooking a variety of menu items, from bulk cookery to fresh salads
  • Working in an open kitchen environment
  • Keeping food quality, presentation & timing at their best
  • Maintaining high hygiene, safety & HACCP standards
  • Supporting the kitchen team in different roles when needed (yes, we all pitch in)

What We're Looking For

  • Previous cooking experience or a genuine passion for preparing great food
  • Ability to work to timeframes & stay organised under pressure
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene & WHS practices
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
