About Us

Ultra Canowindra is a service station providing fuel, fresh coffee, hot food, and convenience shopping to our community. We pride ourselves on friendly service, reliability, and keeping our site welcoming for all customers.

The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Console Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves customer service, cooking and preparing hot food, and keeping the shop and forecourt clean and well presented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/EFTPOS accurately.
  • Monitor and authorise fuel pumps safely.
  • Cook and serve hot food items (pies, sausage rolls, etc.) and prepare coffee.
  • Restock shelves, fridges, and food displays.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and assist with opening/closing duties.

About You

  • Strong customer service skills and a reliable, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable with cooking and food handling (training provided).
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings.
