Rapidly scaling SaaS company at the forefront of their industry is seeking a Design Systems Lead (Product Design) to establish and evolve their design system across web and mobile platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll build the foundation for consistent, scalable product design and design systems.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience shipping SaaS products
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in either owning or heavily contributing to a cross platform design system
  • Master of Figma (variables, modes, design tokens, component libraries)
  • Has built design systems on SaaS products
  • Has worked on data intensive platforms with extensive and complicated components
  • Has embraced AI-powered design tools and can craft solutions that work in the real world

This is a unique opportunity to be the founding member of the design systems team with direct influence on product direction and team culture. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to build components that handle complex workflows.

The team work hybrid and head into office 2-3 days a week. All applicants must be based in Sydney.
