Senior Account Executive (Pathway to Sales Director) | ConTech SaaS | $130K–$140K Base + OTE | Melbourne Hybrid
You've been selling into builders long enough to know the difference between a nice-to-have app and a platform that actually changes how a site runs.
You've seen Procore, Simpro, AroFlo, Buildertrend, BuildXact, all of it.
You can read a job sheet, speak the language of supervisors, estimators and ops managers, and you know exactly how chaotic life gets when everything lives in spreadsheets and email threads.

This is the "next."
Loop Logics is one of Australia's fastest-moving construction SaaS platforms. They streamline quoting, compliance, job management and high-volume repair programs for insurance, residential and commercial builders. The product is already loved on the tools.
Now it needs a seller who can take it national.
You won't be babysitting a renewal book. You'll be the one running the show in sales while still on the tools, owning mid-market and enterprise deals, and quietly building the foundation of the future sales org.
You'll have SDR support, a platform that actually solves problems, and leadership that genuinely wants you pushing for bigger, more complex deals.
You won't be waiting for someone in another timezone to approve your ideas. You'll be at the table when they're made.
We're looking for someone who's already proven they can sell construction tech: job management, field service, repair or trade software into builders, contractors and subcontractors.
Someone who's comfortable talking to owners one minute and site supervisors the next.
Someone who still wants to make the calls, run the demos, and negotiate the contract, but also feels that itch to lead.
This isn't a "maybe one day" leadership promise.
It's a clear pathway to Sales Director for the person who comes in, owns the number, lifts the standard, and starts behaving like the leader before the title catches up.
