We're expanding our North American presence and seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead business development across the West Coast — from California to Colorado, and Washington State to Texas.

About the Role
This is a role for someone who thrives on connection and visibility. You'll be out in the market—at industry events, showroom gatherings, and networking opportunities—representing Kvadrat Acoustics with energy, warmth, and professionalism. You naturally build rapport, make strong first impressions, and turn introductions into long-term relationships, while maintaining a polished and professional appearance and manner at all times.
You'll work closely with our Director, Kvadrat Acoustics, and collaborate with colleagues globally to bring innovative, high-end acoustic solutions to life. You understand the spec-to-bid process and have experience working with specifiers and contractors to carry projects from initial design through to a signed contract. You combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to engage people at all levels, from designers to executives.
This is as much about being a visible, trusted presence in the design and construction community as it is about selling — we're looking for someone who can embody the Kvadrat brand, create opportunities, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan in partnership with the Director, Kvadrat Acoustics.
Actively engage in industry events, networking functions, and social gatherings to build market presence and expand relationships.
Build and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project managers across the territory.
Drive the sales process from lead generation through to contract close, meeting or exceeding targets.
Provide clear, confident guidance on Kvadrat Acoustics products and solutions.
Collaborate with regional Kvadrat teams to secure global and multi-market projects.
Maintain accurate CRM records in D365 and provide regular sales reporting.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in the construction, interiors, or architectural products industry, ideally with high-end projects.
Proven success selling to architects, designers, and GCs.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Strong understanding of the spec-to-bid process and experience working with both specifiers and contractors.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
Polished and professional appearance and manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
